Love Covers a Multitude of Wrongs

February as you know brings in Valentine’s Day, where many of us scramble to make sure those closeto us KNOW we love them! After all – Love is a many splendid thing. My favorite Love Description is: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it doesnot boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices withthe truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres.

We could go on with all kinds of examples like – Love Your Neighbor as Yourself, evengo all business on you with accolades about how much we love doing business with you, or how much we love your referrals and more – but, the point is we do lovehelping people sell and buy real estate. And those people say we are good at it!

Please know that our team is eager to help anyone you know wanting to make a move so much so that we are willing to make an offer that they will LOVE – AND – the Veterans will love too.

For the month of February, anyone considering making a move that you refer to us, we will guarantee them in writing their home will sell or we’ll buy it at a price acceptable to them.

We just need to agree on the price and possession date with the seller.

Just like we are thankful for you and your business, we are confident your referrals will be thanking you for steering them in the right direction on getting their home sold!!!

We are still on a mission this year to raise $10,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project!

We are donating a good portion of our income from home sales to them. As you know Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) serves veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound, incidental to their military service on or after September 11, 2001 and their families. On that date, America watched in horror as approximately 3,000 people died including hundreds of firefighters and rescue workers. Many warriors note a sense of duty to volunteer for the military following these tragic events. YOUR REFERRALS REALLY DO HELP THE VETERANS!

Your Referrals Help the Veterans…

Who do you know considering buying or selling a home you could refer to our real estate sales team?

Not only will they benefit from our award winning service, but we donate a portion of our income on every home sale to the Wounded Warrior Project.

We want to make it easy to refer your friends, neighbors, associates or family members considering making a move, so here are your options:

  • 1. You can pass along our business card to them, we have enclosed a couple here for that purpose
  • 2. You can go to http://www.BlakeTeamReferrals.com and enter their contact info online or forward the link to who you know considering a move.
  • 3. Of course you can always call us direct as well at 718-608-4892.

You and your referrals mean more than ever to our team. As we move forward in this new season, please know we are extremely thankful for you and you being a special part of our business.

Thank you in advance for the referrals.

With all our appreciation,

Why We Support The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP)

When we decided to create this program, it did not take us very long to agree on a charity to support. We have a very close family member who bravely fought on the front lines of World War II and was seriously injured; and more recently a close lifelong friend who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. So this was the natural fit for our organization. This belief was only strengthened when we started to read more about their mission and how they serve their members. WWP serves veterans & service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound incidental to their military service. And with major advancements in battlefield medicine and body armor, more and more service members are surviving severe injuries. In addition to physical wounds, it is estimated as many as 400,000 service members live with the invisible wounds of war including combat related stress, major depression, and PTSD.

Our team rallies around our annual goal of raising money & donating portions of our income to helping this worthy cause. We are committed to providing outstanding results for both buyers & sellers referred to us by our past clients, friends, and others. Since WWP survives on sponsorships & donations from grateful civilians, we are happy to contribute and proud to support the brave men and women who literally put their lives on the line for our freedom.
