Happy Birthday… Donald?
No, June is not the month for celebrating Donald Duck’s birthday. But there is one Donald in the news that does have a birthday in June:
Happy Birthday POTUS!
But, why would we mention this to YOU?
Well, since you have been kind enough to be a part of our business, we wanted to take the opportunity to give you a gift in Donald Trump’s birthday month. We’re sure he doesn’t mind – he seems to have plenty of stuff already. We’d like to celebrate his birthday by giving to you (and those you know) our unconditional lifetime real estate guarantee: that you and anyone you refer to us will be overjoyed with the outcome – if not, we will re-sell their home for FREE!
Our team is committed to your satisfaction as well as your family, friends, neighbors, and anyone else you might send our way. So this lifetime pledge to do a great job for you and those you care about is a gift we are happy and eager to give.
Speaking of gifts…
We’re well on our way to meeting our goal of donating $10,000 The Wounded Warrior Project. Not only do we contribute a portion of our income from every home we sell but last month one of our amazing clients who doesn’t currently know anybody in need of our services sent us a check for $250 towards our goal! We are humbled by this gesture. It’s people like her who help make this all worthwhile. My team and I are so grateful for this and all referrals you give us. Thank you!
Either way, your referrals are in good hands and help us contribute to a good cause.
Life moves fast for some and we are eager to make the Home Selling and Buying experience a smooth, rewarding one. Over the last two decades of helping thousands of families sell their home and/or buy another, we have met some wonderful, loving, caring people. People like you! So you can rest assured that your referrals – those you know considering a move – will get the award winning service that we are known for. And of course, a portion of the income we receive will go towards a very worthy cause.
As you know Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) serves veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound, incidental to their military service on or after September 11, 2001 and their families. On that date, America watched in horror as approximately 3,000 people died including hundreds of firefighters and rescue workers. Many warriors note a sense of duty to volunteer for the military following these tragic events.
YOUR REFERRALS REALLY DO HELP THE VETERANS!
Who do you know considering buying or selling a home you could refer to our real estate sales team?
Not only will they benefit from our award winning service, but we donate a portion of our income on every home sale to the Wounded Warrior Project.
We want to make it easy to refer your friends, neighbors, associates or family members considering making a move, so here are your options:
- You can pass along our business card to them, we have enclosed a couple here for that purpose.
- You can go to http://www.BlakeTeamReferrals.com and enter their contact info online or forward the link to who you know considering a move.
- Of course you can always call us direct as well at 718-608-4892.
You and your referrals mean more to our team now than ever.” Beneath that, remove the sentence that says “Thank you in advance for the referrals.
Thank you in advance for the referrals.
With all our appreciation,

Why We Support The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP
When we decided to create this program, it did not take us very long to agree on a charity to support. We have a very close family member who bravely fought on the front lines of World War II and was seriously injured; and more recently a close lifelong friend who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. So this was the natural fit for our organization. This belief was only strengthened when we started to read more about their mission and how they serve their members. WWP serves veterans & service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound incidental to their military service. And with major advancements in battlefield medicine and body armor, more and more service members are surviving severe injuries. In addition to physical wounds, it is estimated as many as 400,000 service members live with the invisible wounds of war including combat related stress, major depression, and PTSD.
Our team rallies around our annual goal of raising money & donating portions of our income to helping this worthy cause. We are committed to providing outstanding results for both buyers & sellers referred to us by our past clients, friends, and others. Since WWP survives on sponsorships & donations from grateful civilians, we are happy to contribute and proud to support the brave men and women who literally put their lives on the line for our freedom.
