Boy…it’s HOT, & Not Just Outside!

You don’t have to be a weather person to predict the weather this time of year. We all know… it’s the hottest time of the year. But that’s not all that’s hot. The economy is red hot too. By all measures the best economy in 20 years or so.

This is obviously a good thing for just about everyone. When it comes to the local real estate market, it can be a double-edged sword. Despite what you may read in the local news, or hear from uninformed neighbors, it is STILL a strong market to be a seller. Inventory is much higher than it was at the height of the hot seller’s market of 2017/2018 which usually pushes prices down and forces sellers to wait longer to sell – but rates are low and buyers are very strong & well qualified. Translation: if you price your home right, it will sell – no question!

Conversely if you are one of these well qualified buyers – you have an abundance of choices out there and while there are still some sellers who expect to get the prices they may have gotten 2 years ago, the motivated ones who are realistic are ready & willing to make deals. There is no time like the present!

So, if you or anyone you know has been thinking of buying, selling, or even expanding your portfolio by investing – now is the time to act! Give us a call today so we can help you toward your goals.

As you probably know, we donate a portion of our income to some AMAZING worthy causes!
We are on a mission to raise $10,000 this year for the Wounded Warrior Project®. We do this by donating to them a portion of the income we generate from home sales. As you know Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) serves veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound, incidental to their military service on or after September 11, 2001 and their families. On that date, America watched in horror as approximately 3,000 people died including hundreds of firefighters and rescue workers. Many warriors note a sense of duty to volunteer for the military following these tragic events.

Who do you know considering buying or selling a home you could refer to our real estate sales team? Not only will they benefit from our award-winning service and ironclad guarantees, but the veterans at the Wounded Warrior Project will benefit as well.

Just give us a call or pass our number on to anyone you know considering buying or selling. Our number is 718-608-4892.

If you would like to find out more about the Wounded Warrior Project, please visit their website: https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org

Why We Support The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP)

When we decided to create this program, it did not take us very long to agree on a charity to support. We have a very close family member who bravely fought on the front lines of World War II and was seriously injured; and more recently a close lifelong friend who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. So this was the natural for for our organization. This belief was only strengthened when we started to read more about their mission and how they serve their members. WWP serves veterans & service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound incidental to their military service. And with major advancements in battlefield medicine and body armor, more and more service members are surviving severe injuries. In addition to physical wounds, it is estimated as many as 400,000 service members live with the invisible wounds of war including combat related stress, major depression, and PTSD.
